Seats Frog guide

Use Seats Frog with your AI assistant

Understand the seat tradeoffs on your airline’s actual aircraft layout.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects an AI assistant to this site’s tools. Your assistant can look up the available information and return links to the pages behind its answer. You need an assistant that supports custom remote MCP servers.

Connect your assistant

Add this complete URL as a remote MCP server using Streamable HTTP:

https://www.seatsfrog.com/mcp
  1. Open your assistant’s connector or MCP settings and add a custom remote server.
  2. Name it Seats Frog, paste the URL above and select Streamable HTTP if asked.
  3. Connect without an account or API key for public research.
  4. Refresh the tool list, then try one of the questions below.

A browser visit to the MCP URL is not the connection process: it accepts protocol requests from your assistant. Use this guide in your browser and enter the endpoint in your assistant’s settings. Setup labels and availability vary by client.

Start free, without signing in

Use the public tools above without an account or API key. Answers include direct links to the pages behind the results, so you can compare options, read sources and continue exploring on the site. The network connector also helps you discover all five Frog sites.

For the broadest selection, connect to https://public.loungefrog.com/mcp. It offers 59 public research and discovery tools across lounges, seat maps, cruises, points and miles, calculators, news and politics, including content search across all five sites.

What this connector can do

  • Find airline seat maps and read cabin layouts, seat notes and available seat specifications.
  • Compare good, mixed and less desirable seats using the reasons in the published map.
  • Explore airline and route records, then open the full map and source links in Seats Frog.

Questions to try

  • “Find the seat map for my airline, aircraft and cabin. Which seats have the best legroom and which have drawbacks?”
  • “Compare these two aircraft layouts for a long flight. Explain what changes and link both seat maps.”

Ask for direct links, the reasons behind a recommendation and anything the data cannot confirm. Include your dates, budget and priorities so the assistant can make a useful comparison.

Make it yours

Public research needs no sign-in. Connect your optional free account to use personal tools. The shared Frog account lets you maintain cards, lounge memberships, airline status, a home airport, a travel map and a cruise passport. A connected assistant can read your profile to help personalize lounge access checks and use the account tools with your permission.

Ask your assistant to read your saved profile before personalizing recommendations, and review any proposed changes before it saves them. Sign in or create your free account →

Your assistant can suggest a relevant account feature after a public lookup: a saved wallet for lounge access, a cruise passport for your trips, or newsletter preferences for the news you follow. These suggestions are optional; you can keep researching without signing in.

  1. Ask your assistant what account features are available, or ask it to connect your account when you are ready.
  2. Use the connector’s Sign in or Authenticate action. Sign in on the app with an enabled Google, Apple or X option, then choose Connect assistant.
  3. Refresh the tool list to use your personal features. If your assistant cannot add sign-in to an existing connection, reconnect the same URL using OAuth.

Signing in on the website alone does not connect your assistant. Personal tools can access only your connected account; review changes before saving them.

Know what you’re getting

Catalog tools read published data. Personal account tools can change only the connected user’s account; they do not administer the catalog or anyone else’s profile.

These tools do not book trips or guarantee current fares, seat or cabin availability, lounge admission or opening hours. Editorial ratings and points valuations are guides. Check the source dates and confirm time-sensitive details with the airline, lounge or cruise line before booking.

Never enter payment-card numbers, security codes or passwords into a tool prompt. The hosted service records tool usage and enforces account access and rate limits. Read our privacy policy and terms.

Keep exploring

Want tools across Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog, Seats Frog, Points Frog and 567politics? Add https://public.loungefrog.com/mcp as the public network connector. Public research works without sign-in; choose OAuth and sign in with an enabled Google, Apple or X option to use personal account tools. The site endpoint above stays focused on Seats Frog.

Already connected? If the tool list is stale, refresh it or reconnect using the full URL above. If sign-in expires, reconnect with the same account.
